2nite we made pancakes

i also managed to cook eggplant parmagiana
mmmmm was so good
everyone liked it!!!

i was also a massive tourist doing:
-the big ben
-the london eye (well looked at it)
-westminister abbey
-st james' park with squirrels
-buckingham palace
-Trafalgar square

i have also been shopping and went out to a 40s 50s burlesque-ish thing
and had mi goreng and chocolate and pringles and choc chip cookie dough icecream with fudge sauce

cant wait to get paid on friday!

alkaline trio

2nite i went to see alkaline trio
all by myself!!!!!

they played wit sum band i forgot and the audition, but the audition werent really my thing
and i couldnt stand not talkin to any1 so i talked to a couple of random girls
their names were nadia and indre and they were cool
nadia was a photographer for rockzone and was there coz she was personally invited by matt skiba
i thought that was quite interesting

hopefully i'll meet them both again coz they were really nice to let me talk to them

but anywayyssssss nadia saw them the night b4, which apparently was a better show coz they played older stuff
but i still very much enjoyed the show 2nite
and am so glad i got off my ass and went by myself

next time i wont be so scared =)

in short

i went to a famous couples dress up dance party that was fuckin rad as for valentines day
i actually contributed to a properly cooked meal involving vegetables and no pasta
simone arrived and we went shopping in camden town

i am going to see alkaline trio 2morro by myself
i'm scared and desperate to make a gig buddy to resolve all future show crisis

i am also planning to go to belgium in april to go to Groezrock.... look it up, sweet lineup inc the get up kids, which i am most psyched about

being a tourist

man writing a blog and updating it is quite an effort haha

me and justine went to the Borough markets and the tate modern

the borough markets were super TASTY
food markets!!!!!

we had cheeeeeeese, such good cheese
mulled wine!!
and giant pork rolls

as well as samples and baklava and mmmmmmm

then we were tired so we only got thru 1 floor of the tate modern
and on that floor was like shitloads or miro, there was monet there was dali, bacon, picasso, big names, famous pieces

and then justine went home and i went to st pauls cathedral and it was so pretty!!!!!!! and there was a choir

did i also say how i went out on saturday night?

well owen let me tag along to something he was goin to in camden town and we all danced the night away
was soooooo much fun
i went to bed at 6am. and you all know that i am a 2am kind of person haha

chilli cheese fries

Today me and Caity went to an American diner and I had a peanut butter milkshake and chilli cheese fries and caity had cheese fries

and it was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo GOOD!!!!!
except that i feel like death now!!!!!

It then snowed on me on my way home woo lol

2morro me and Justine are gonna do tourist stuff
no idea what yet tho

let it snow

ok so since where i left off was me goin out we'll pick up there. we went back to Brick lane for more goin out.... except i went to a club open at the unusual hours of midnight to midday.... yes, one of those types.... it was called cafe 1001. Repetitive beats are not my scene.... at all....oh god not fun!! lol ok was kinda fun

anyways Eriks tayed at my place coz he had nowhere to stay, well nowhere closer to the airport!!
BUT when we got home at like 3am (with lots of salami?? erik loves the stuff) we found both couches to be occupied by french guys. darn

so we shared the bed, thats right already got men in my bed hahaha

the next day we went to china town for chinese new years celebrations.... and it snowed on us!!! was so awesome!!! (light snow, we didnt kno wat was to come!)

after that we came back and I dropped Erik at the bus stop.... he needed to be at the airport at 5

that night owen, one of my housemates said he'd take me to the local pub (coz i said teach me to be english that guy drinks a lot of guiness) anyways so we sat at the pub, my new drink fo choice is gin and tonic.... dont even try askin for a vodka raspberry here

the pub was sooooo cool, like old style, really warm atmosphere and then a band of old ppl startin playin some nice music!!!!! was awesome

anyways while inside a blizzard sort of started and eriks flights were cancelled.... due to the blizzard we had to drink more

by teh time we left there was like inches of snow!!!!! and we had a snow fight and owen fell over and my hands froze coz i didnt hav gloves and then we found ppl building a snowman
was so so so soooo much fun!!!!!

the next day however, sucked SO MUCH

took me an hour and a half to get to work..... the tube was closed, there were no buses.... my boots ARE NOT water proof so my feet were cold and wet
and work was so busy and i felt so useless

but overall i like the snow!! and i like where i live and i like the ppl
